To apply for an Australian Business Visa, you have to stand out on certain requirements.

• You must be a genuine traveller; you must have authentic intentions to enter the country.
• You must be financially independent to bear all your expenses in the country.
• You must show that you will return to your home country once your purpose is fulfilled.
• You must stand out on health and character requirements as set by the Australian Government or Australian Department of Home Affairs.
• You must have a valid invitation from a company in the country with whom you will collaborate for the business.

• You must be less than 55 years at the time of receiving the invitation for the visa.

• You must have signed the Australian Values Statement with the Australian Government.
• You or any of your family members must not have any pending debt with the Australian Government or Australian Immigration Authorities.
• You must not have any visa cancelled or refused in the past with the Australian Government.
• Since this is a points-based visa, you must score at least 65 points on the points test.

Before applying for the visa application, you will have to submit an expression of interest(EOI), be nominated by the Australian State/Territory and then receive an invitation to apply for the visa.
